Submissions
The submission process with GenCap is quick and easy. The first step is to get your borrower qualified. In order for us to qualify a borrower we would need the following:
- Business Plan or Executive Summary (see submission documents)
- Current Resume showing track record and history of transactions
- Complete Loan Application (see submission documents)
- Information Authorization form (see submission documents)
- In lieu of us pulling credit you may send us a current (within the last 30 days) tri-merge credit report instead, but we will still need this form filled out and signed.
- Articles of Incorporation, Corporate Statement of Information and EIN (if applicable)
- Financial statements or 3 months bank statements
Once you have been pre-qualified you will be contacted.
