Investor Eligibility for Membership in LLC

 

• Any U.S resident or residents from outside the U.S.
• Must meet income and net worth requirements (see subscription agreement)
• Must be prepared to remain in the fund for at least a 2 year term
• For passive investors only

 

 

Transparency

 

• All investors receive monthly account statements and annual audited financials
• All origination documents can be reviewed at GenCap, including Trust Deeds, Promissory Notes, Appraisals and Title Policies
• All property addresses and closing documents can be reviewed at GenCap

 

 

Investor Capital

 

• CASH investments only
• Qualified Plan Assets can be used. Such as:
• IRA’s – self directed
• SEP IRA’s
• ROTH IRA’s
• KEOGH Plans
• Self-Directed 401k
• Defined Benefit Plans
• Defined Contribution Plans
